Program Committee jobs for BsC Electrical Engineering and MsC Electrical Engineering & Embedded Systems
The Programme Committee (PC) is an advisory body for the Programme Director and is consulted on educational matters. This includes educational programs, curriculum, study load, schedules, complaints and course evaluations. More information can be found here: https://www.utwente.nl/en/bee/organisation/pc/
We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about shaping the future of our programs and contributing to the academic community. The positions available are Minute Taker and Committee Member. The PC meets once every month from 15:00 to 17:30 and the positions are paid via MyHR. Minute Taker
Role Overview: As a Minute Taker, you will play a crucial role in our committee meetings by accurately recording discussions and decisions made during the meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Attend all committee meetings.
- Accurately record and transcribe meeting discussions.
- Distribute finalized minutes to all committee members.
- Maintain confidentiality of all discussions.
Committee Member
Role Overview: As a Committee Member, you contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making processes that define the academic standards and course structures of both the Bachelor and Master programs.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and review of program curricula.
- Evaluate and make recommendations for educational policies.
- Address student and faculty concerns related to the program.
- Assist in accreditation processes and other administrative duties as needed.
