New Vonk Article: "Hitchhiking"
Hitchhikers. You might have seen them on the side of the road before, holding signs to far-off destination. Often, they look like rather shady individuals, pairs, or even trios who have settled on dangerous spots next to highways, or provincial roads. Considering they might have been exposed to whatever weather has come their way for hours on end, it seems unreasonable to think that these hitchhikers want you to make space in your own car for a stranger and for a ride that could take hours.
